How long it takes to receive my custom runner?

This Moroccan runner is entirely made by hand and the whole process takes up to 6 weeks from start to finish:

• Week 1-4: Your beautiful shag runner will be made by our best weaver. This time may vary depending on the size you choose but we will try to meet your expectations.
• WEEK 5: The shag runner is hand cleaned, put to dry for 4 days, and softened and ready to ship.
• WEEK 6: your runner should be already on the shipping carrier towards your beautiful home.

Note: For runners larger than 2.5' x 10', an additional ~2 weeks are needed for production. Depending on the size you choose, the Design will scale. And since your order is made just for you, we respectfully cannot accept returns.

Please be advised that this is an estimated average time based on our previous orders and we will try to honor this schedule to the best of our capabilities. Customs delays, country of destination, or other circumstances (like weather…) may interfere, but we will communicate with you any changes and keep you updated.

How does your custom order program work?

As soon as you place your order, we start making the runner for you and it is entirely made by hand. We will keep you updated on the status of your custom order via e-mail. Once your shag runner is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

• Material: 100% high-quality natural WOOL. 

Can I make changes or modifications to this runner?

You can choose new colors and patterns. Let us know your expectation and we will guide you along the whole process .

NOTE: Since each handmade runner is unique and cannot be copied, we will recreate a CLOSE MATCH for you using the same style, colors, and patterns. As always, we can guarantee you will receive high quality rug and best customer service.
