This beautiful original Berber shag rug is SOLD. However, we will recreate a CLOSE MATCH for you using the same style, colors, and patterns. As always, we can guarantee you will receive the same quality and service. Your satisfaction is my goal and I stand behind my product 100%.

How long it takes to receive this shag rug?

This Moroccan rug is entirely made by hand and the whole process takes up to 6 weeks from start to finish:
Week 1-4: Your beautiful shag rug will be made by our best weaver. This time may vary depending on the size you choose but we will try to meet your expectations.
WEEK 5: The shag rug is hand cleaned, put to dry for 4 days, and softened and ready to ship.
WEEK 6: your rug should be already on the shipping carrier towards your beautiful home.

Please be advised that this is an estimated average time based on our previous orders and we will try to honor this schedule to the best of our capabilities. Customs delays, country of destination or other circumstances (like weather…) may interfere, but we will communicate with you any changes and keep you updated of any changes.

How does your MADE-TO-ORDER program work?

As soon as you place your order, we will start making the rug for you. It is entirely made by hand and we will be in contact with you along the whole process. We will keep you updated on the status of your custom order via e-mail. On a weekly basis, we will share details and send you pictures and videos of your rug. Once your shag rug is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and any related information.

Dyes used on the Shag Rug:

Only natural herb-based dyes are used. It is a process that exists for ages and still followed by our team. There are no recipes or measurement, which makes each color generated differently and each rug one of a kind.

Quality assurance:

The rug is inspected for any defect and hand raked/ brushed to remove any wool excess. After that, the rug is washed and kept drying under the sun for 3-4 days. We put a lot of energy and love when making these rugs and we would like to share it with you through our work.

In addition to our Berber heritage and all the experience we have gained over the years while working directly with local artisans; we love what we do and can guarantee you that you will get the best handmade product and best service. Your rug is checked one more time and inspected before it is shipped. Your satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind our product 100%.
