Within the USA: It is very rare when a package is lost and most of our products are insured. We will provide you with a tracking number and we will work with you and the carrier in case of an issue. We can resend the similar item or refund full money depending on your choice and items availability. Outside the USA: Most of our products are insured. We will provide you a tracking number for your order, and work with you and the carrier in case of an issue. Your order might be held in the customs and it is more likely it is still on its way. If your package is confirmed to be lost in the mail (requires carrier confirmation), we will refund your money if the item did not arrive in 60 days. If you need to return an item for any reason, we accept returns made within 7 days of receipt.
