Each Moroccan rug is entirely made by hand and the whole process takes up to 6 weeks from start to finish:
Week 1-4: Your beautiful shag rug will be made by our best weaver.
WEEK 5: The shag rug is hand cleaned, put to dry for 4 days, and softened and ready to ship.
WEEK 6: Your rug should already be with the shipping carrier towards your beautiful home.
**Note: For rugs larger than 8' x 10', an additional ~2 weeks are needed for production. Depending on the size you choose, the Design will scale.

Can I make changes or modifications to this rug?
You can choose new colors and patterns. Let us know your expectations, and we will guide you through the whole process.
**Note: Once the weaving process is started, no modifications are allowed.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
We're here to answer all your questions before you order to ensure your complete satisfaction with your unique design.

Shipping:
FREE Shipping worldwide on all rug orders. It takes up to 7 days to be delivered to your home.
Return:
Since your order is made just for you, we respectfully cannot accept returns for custom product. Please check size, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order.
Cancellation:
you have 12 hours window after making a purchase to cancel and get your money back. Send a cancellation request to: Support@SugaRugs.com

Basic Care:
Vacuum regularly on a low power setting, and better vacuum without a beater brush as it may cause damage
Stain Treatment:
Remove spills immediately. If liquid, blot with clean un-dyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible.
For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
