Shipping rugs is FREE for customers in USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. For Worldwide shipping, please check individual listings for details.

Order processing takes 1 to 3 days after payment clearance. Your order is cleaned, inspected, and packed to prevent damage during shipping. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once shipped.

We are using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express depending on availability and the customer's shipping location.

Your order should take between 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery.

All items are shipped from Morocco or the USA depending on the item's location and using available shipping methods.

All items shipped to the United States are customs and taxes FREE!!!

For orders shipped to customers outside of the United States; contact your local customs agencies to inquire about possible import taxes and fees before buying the item.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs.

Within the USA: It is very rare when a package is lost, and most of our products are insured. We will provide you with a tracking number and work with you and the carrier in case of an issue.

Outside the USA: Most of our products are insured. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order and work with you and the carrier in case of an issue. Your order might be held in customs, and it is more likely it is still on its way.

If your package is confirmed to be lost in the mail (requires carrier confirmation), we will refund your money if the item does not arrive in 60 days. Please reach out to us, and we'll review the shipment and assist you in tracking it down.

If you need to return an item, we accept returns made within 7 days of receipt.

To return an item, please email our customer service at Support@SugaRugs.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any return without this RA number won't be accepted. As soon as you ship the item, you must send us the tracking number.

So far, the need for this has been very rare. If the item is not damaged or has a defect, but you need to return it; we will be happy to accept your return, but you will have to pay return shipping costs and 20% fees, and the item needs to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the same condition it was sent in the first place. We have full trust in your judgment when an item needs to be returned. We put a lot of work and love into making our products, and we are sure that the quality of the material and the service will exceed your expectations.

The customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. Shipping fees may vary according to your location, the size of your package and the shipping company.

Returns remain at the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouses.

All items must be repackaged and returned in original packing material or equivalent packing materials. We will not accept merchandise that has been soiled or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

Any return without a return authorization will be refused.

Items that cannot be returned:

1- Items on sale are final and cannot be returned.

2- Custom orders cannot be returned.

The condition of the returned item: If the item is not returned in its original condition or any loss of its value; 20% stocking fee will apply.
