It takes 1 to 3 days to process your order. Once your payment is cleared, we make your order ready for shipping: the item is cleaned and inspected for the last time and packed to prevent any damage during the shipping.

Within the USA: It is very rare when a package is lost and most of our products are insured. We will provide you with a tracking number and we will work with you and the carrier in case of an issue. We can resend the similar item or refund full money depending on your choice and items availability. Outside the USA: Most of our products are insured. We will provide you a tracking number for your order, and work with you and the carrier in case of an issue. Your order might be held in the customs and it is more likely it is still on its way. If your package is confirmed to be lost in the mail (requires carrier confirmation), we will refund your money if the item did not arrive in 60 days. Please reach out to us, and we'll review the shipment and assist you to track it down.
If you need to return an item for any reason, we accept returns made within 7 days of receipt. Please be advised that if the reason for returning the item is a defect, or damage or a problem from our side (like sending the wrong item); we will send you a return shipping label to cover shipping costs and refund the full amount to you. So far, the need for this has been very rare. If the item is not damaged or has a defect, but you need to return it for any other reason; we will be happy to accept your return but you will have to pay return shipping costs and 15% fees, and the item needs to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the same condition it was sent in the first place. We have full trust in your judgment when an item needs to be replaced or returned.
